Bach Flowers

BACH FLOWERS

Have you ever heard of Bach flowers? If you are interested in naturopathy or natural well-being, this is certainly the case.

Otherwise, let yourself be guided to explore them.

THEIR ORIGIN

Their benefits were discovered in the 19th century by Dr. Edward Bach , a British physician and homeopath. The latter was known to be at the origin of a practice matching negative psychological states to the use of alcoholic macerations of plants with the aim of curing them.

This is how Bach's 38 floral elixirs were born, developed in just a few years and intended to find inner, physical and psychological harmony.

THEIR USAGE

Bach flowers are intended to support your emotions during difficult times or, like Rescue, to accompany you on a daily basis. Easy to use, they are taken orally, following a different dosage depending on the number of flowers chosen.

If you choose a single flower, you can take two drops in half a glass of water or directly in the mouth, at the rate of four times a day.

If you choose several flowers (up to seven), then it is recommended to put two drops of each of the flowers in a bottle containing 30 ml of mineral water, and then take four drops of this mixture directly into the mouth.

To find out which flower(s) are made for you, if you have difficulty identifying your emotions, do not hesitate to carry out an emotional assessment such as the one you can find online at www.fleurdebach.fr in following this link .

For how long ?

There is no predefined duration for taking Bach Flowers, the time needed to manage your emotions is specific to each person.

When you choose them to help you manage occasional emotions, you can use your feelings to continue or stop taking them.

If you choose them to help you manage more persistent emotions, we recommend taking them for at least 3 weeks in order to fully feel their effects.

IN CONCLUSION

Bach Flowers are natural food supplements, which do not replace a balanced diet of course, but taking them in no way alters your daily well-being, quite the contrary.

The use you make of it will therefore be very personal and what will be good for you will not necessarily be good for those around you.

Focus on your emotions to learn to identify them, use Bach Flowers to manage them when they become overwhelming, but above all, take the time to listen to yourself.
